Orders

When can I expect my order to be shipped?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days for orders placed on Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays or during holidays will begin processing the next business day. We aim to create and dispatch products within 7 business days from the order date.

What are the estimated delivery times for my order?

Delivery times can vary depending on your location and courier partners. In general, orders can take between 3 - 14 business days for delivery. Please note that unforeseen events or delays caused by the shipping company or customs may affect delivery times.

Can I cancel or modify my order once it's been placed?

Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or updated once they are processed as per our Order Processing Times. If you wish to add another item, please place a new order. To cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Requests beyond 24 hours will not be accepted.

What happens if my order is canceled by past4WORD?

If we cancel your order, you will receive a notification from us. In such cases, all charges will be automatically refunded. You can place a new order or join our waitlist for sold-out items.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.

Returns & Exchange

How do I initiate a return?

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or if the wrong product is shipped, please contact us within 48 hours of product delivery at support@past4word.com to initiate the return.

What is the return window for faulty items?

Faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of product delivery. Once approved, the returned product should reach us within 5 days for customers in India. We do not accept returns for International Orders.

Can I return a product for a refund?

Refunds are available for items purchased directly from our website and for reasons such as manufacturing defects or incorrect product shipments. For other return reasons, you will be eligible for store credit only.

Can I exchange a product for a different size?

For sizing concerns, contact us within 48 hours. If the desired size or style is unavailable, we will provide store credit valid for six months. Exchanges must be chosen from available products, as limited edition prints and styles are not restocked. All exchanges are final. You are responsible for return shipping costs and must return items within 5 days of our confirmation. Unapproved or late returns will be sent back without exchange or credit.  We do not accept exchanges for international orders.

What is the process for returning or exchanging an international order?

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on international orders. All international sales are final.

What is the definition of a "faulty" item?

A "faulty" item is one received in a damaged state. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.

What if the product's color looks different from what I saw online?

Please note that variations in color and display may occur due to differences in computer monitors. Monitor displays may not accurately reflect the true colors or textures of the products.

Can I resell items purchased from past4WORD?

Items purchased from our website are intended for personal use and cannot be resold to third parties.

Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized packaging for orders?

We take pride in presenting our products in beautifully designed packaging. If you would like a personalized message or additional gift wrapping, please contact us to discuss options.

Do you offer alterations for your garments?

We offer alterations for our garments, with the fee subject to change and provided upon request. Approval for repairs is on a case-by-case basis.

Can I visit a physical past4WORD store to try on the clothing?

At this time, past4word operates exclusively online, and we do not have physical retail locations for in-store shopping or fitting.

Can I request a custom order or alterations for a unique piece?

While we offer alterations for our standard garments, we may also consider custom orders on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer support for inquiries.
