Order Processing
After confirming item availability and payment, we generally produce and dispatch within 3 business days. Once shipped, an email with tracking details will be shared.
If multiple items are ordered, we aim to dispatch them together to minimize our environmental impact. Delivery timelines vary between 12–18 business days depending on courier service and destination. During high-demand periods, processing or delivery delays may occur. past4WORD cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by shipping providers or customs.
Order Placement
For international customers, applicable taxes are calculated based on the delivery address and reflected at checkout. The tax amount displayed is an estimate and may vary slightly depending on regional regulations. This estimate does not include customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges levied by local authorities.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners Club for international payments. Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders.
Order Updates & Cancellations
Orders cannot be updated once processed. To add an item, please place a new order.
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We cannot accommodate cancellations after this window.
If your order is cancelled by us (due to stock unavailability or technical issues), all charges will be automatically refunded, and our team will notify you.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide through reliable international courier partners such as DHL/FedEx/etc.., ensuring secure and timely delivery.
International shipping fees are applied at checkout and are non-refundable. Delivery times vary by location but typically take 12–18 business days from dispatch.
Custom Duties & Taxes
International orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are not included in your checkout total. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be settled directly with the local customs office for the parcel to be released. We recommend verifying applicable duties and taxes with your local customs authority prior to placing your order to avoid unexpected charges.
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled or refunded if the recipient refuses to pay import duties or declines the shipment.
Address Updates
Once your order is processed, shipping addresses cannot be changed. Please double-check all details before completing checkout.
NO Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds
At this time, we’re unable to accommodate refunds, returns or exchanges on international orders.
