Dispatch Timelines

Dispatched within 7 business days from the order date. Please note that while we strive to adhere to these timelines, past4word is not responsible for any delays or unforeseen events caused by the shipping companies.

Returns (Damaged/Incorrect Items Only)

Report issues within 48 hours of delivery at support@past4word.com with order details and images/videos. Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement and pickup. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 5 days.

Exchanges (Sizing Issues)

For sizing issues, contact us within 48 hours. If desired size is unavailable, store credit (valid 6 months) will be issued. Exchanges are final and must be returned within 5 days at your cost. Late or unapproved returns won’t be accepted.

Credit over Refund

Refunds are issued only for issues from our end, like receiving a damaged item (proof required). In all other cases, store credit is provided, valid for six months. For support, our team is here to help.
