Returns (Damaged/Incorrect Items Only)

Report issues within 48 hours of delivery at support@past4word.com with order details and images/videos. Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement and pickup. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 5 days.

Exchanges (Sizing Issues)

For sizing issues, contact us within 48 hours. If desired size is unavailable, store credit (valid 6 months) will be issued. Exchanges are final and must be returned within 5 days at your cost. Late or unapproved returns won’t be accepted.

Credit over Refund

Refunds are issued only for issues from our end, like receiving a damaged item (proof required). In all other cases, store credit is provided, valid for six months. For support, our team is here to help.
